01Introduction and Definitions

03Account Management

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

Account Transfer

Selling, transferring or giving an account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Funds in an account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the original owner's name.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).

• Any transaction-related errors must be reported within 24 hours.
• To prevent money laundering, the deposit and withdrawal method must be the same.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

05Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

cbb22 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to receive this bonus.

Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was offered.
• The same person or household may not claim multiple bonuses.

VIP Cashback Program

Regular weekly cashback is available across cbb22's five VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Promotion criteria are announced separately on the platform.

06Gameplay and Betting Rules

Fair Play Guarantee

All games on cbb22 are operated by independent software providers. We are committed to ensuring fair play. If a technical error occurs in a game result, our decision shall be considered final.

Disconnection Policy

If internet connectivity is lost during a game, the result will be determined in accordance with cbb22's designated "Disconnection Policy". cbb22 will not be liable for losses caused by the player's internet service provider.

Right to Void Bets

cbb22 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of incorrect odds in the system, a technical error or unforeseen circumstances. The stake will be refunded for any voided bet.

07Responsible Gaming

10Account Closure and Suspension

cbb22's Right to Act

cbb22 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or illegal activity.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Closure at the User's Own Request

You may close your account at any time through the support team. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account, and any active bonuses will expire.

11Limitation of Liability

Although cbb22 makes every effort to operate as a safe and reliable platform, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Disruption of third-party networks or services.
• Issues with the user's own device or connection.
• Unforeseen technical errors that have been corrected promptly.
• Loss arising from the user sharing account credentials with a third party.
